Every client is important to us and certain calls take longer than others. If you have contacted Client Services at a particularly busy time, it’s possible we may need to call you back. If prompted, please leave a message including the reason for your call, the best time to reach you during our business hours, and a callback number. In most cases, we are able to return your call the same day (often within the hour). If you have called when we are closed or when we are extremely busy, it may be the following business day (excluding holidays) before your call is returned.
